At Th3mayanEffect, we take pride in providing high-quality luxury lash clusters. Due to the nature of our beauty products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we have a strict returns and refund policy.

All Sales Are Final

For health and sanitation purposes, all lash cluster purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  A photo of the item received

  A photo of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund for eligible claims.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  Your order was not delivered and is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
